Vehicle Pickup & Return Policy

To ensure a smooth vehicle return, please follow the steps below:

1. Refuel the Vehicle

Our fuel policy is Full to Full. Please refuel the vehicle to a full tank before returning it.

If the vehicle is returned without a full tank, the applicable fuel cost and processing fee may be charged.

2. Inspect the Vehicle

Before returning the vehicle, check for any new scratches, dents, or damage.

If you notice any damage, please inform the person in charge and complete the electronic vehicle inspection form as required.

3. Remove All Personal Belongings

Please check the vehicle carefully and remove all personal belongings before completing the return.

WAHDAH will not be responsible for any personal belongings left inside the vehicle after it has been returned.

4. Return the Vehicle Key

Return the vehicle key to the person in charge and ensure that the vehicle return process has been completed before leaving the location.
