A Refundable Deposit is a security deposit collected to ensure the proper use and care of the rental vehicle throughout the rental period.

The deposit amount may vary depending on the vehicle category and rental duration and is collected together with the rental payment during booking.

Once payment is completed, a booking confirmation email will be sent to you.

How Does the Refundable Deposit Work?

• Deposit Collection: The security deposit is collected at the time of booking.
• Deposit Transfer: Upon successful vehicle return (check-in), the deposit will be transferred to your WaCash account.
• Holding Period: The deposit will become eligible for withdrawal 10 days after the vehicle return date.
• Verification: During this period, WAHDAH will review any outstanding traffic violations, vehicle damage, fuel shortages, or other rental-related charges.
• Deposit Withdrawal: Once the holding period has ended and no outstanding issues are identified, you may submit a withdrawal request through your WaCash account.

How to Check Your Deposit

A WAHDAH account is automatically created or linked to your registered email address when you complete a booking.

To view your deposit balance:

1. Log in to your WAHDAH account.
2. Navigate to Profile → WaCash/Deposit.
3. View your deposit status and available WaCash balance.

Important Notes:

• Deposit refunds are not automatic. A withdrawal request must be submitted through your WAHDAH account.
• Eligible WaCash funds may be used toward future bookings without waiting for the standard withdrawal period.
• Any outstanding charges or unresolved claims may affect the final refundable amount or delay the withdrawal process.
