Why Was My Verification Rejected?

If your document verification was rejected, please review the documents you submitted. Common reasons for rejection include:

  • The document is expired or no longer valid
  • The document does not meet the required format or document requirements
  • The uploaded image is blurry, unclear, cropped, or unreadable
  • Required documents, such as your Passport, Driving License, or International Driving Permit (IDP), are missing
  • Additional driver documents have not yet been submitted or verified
  • The information on your documents does not match your booking details
  • The submitted driving documents do not meet the requirements for driving in Japan

Please ensure that all documents are valid, clearly visible, and that the information provided matches your booking details.
