Document Requirements
Can I Show My Documents at the Pickup Location Instead of Uploading Them?

To ensure a smooth and efficient vehicle pickup, WAHDAH uses a paperless document verification process. Required documents must be uploaded online before your vehicle can be confirmed for pickup.

Please upload the following documents:

  • Valid Passport
  • Valid Driving Licence
  • International Driving Permit (IDP), if applicable

Once your documents have been uploaded, our team will verify them and proceed with your vehicle assignment and final booking confirmation.

The booking process is:

Search → Pay → Upload Documents → Verification → Final Confirmation → Pickup Slip

Please ensure that all uploaded documents are valid, clear, and up to date. You should also bring the original documents with you when collecting the vehicle for verification.
