What do I need to bring when I pick up the car?

To ensure a smooth vehicle pickup process, please have the following ready:

  1. Pickup Slip
    Present your Pickup Slip, which is available in your WAHDAH account under My Bookings → View Booking → Pickup Slip.
  2. Passport
    A valid passport is required to verify the identity of the person collecting the vehicle.
  3. Valid Driving Licence
    Please bring your valid driving licence and any other required driving documents applicable for driving in Japan.

Please ensure that all required documents are valid and up to date before collecting the vehicle.
