WaCash
What is WaCash?

WaCash is a wallet balance feature within your WAHDAH account that allows you to manage funds for eligible transactions, including booking refunds, cancellation refunds, security deposit refunds, and account top-ups.

Your WaCash account may display different types of balances depending on the status and availability of your funds.

How Can WaCash Be Used?

  • Future Bookings: Your available WaCash balance can be used to pay for eligible future WAHDAH bookings.
  • Partial Payment: If your WaCash balance is insufficient to cover the full booking amount, you may be required to pay the remaining balance using another available payment method.
  • Refunds & Deposits: Eligible booking refunds or security deposits may be credited to your WaCash account, subject to the applicable refund and withdrawal conditions.
  • Withdrawals: Eligible WaCash balances may be withdrawn based on the applicable terms and conditions.

Understanding Your WaCash Balance

Your Current Balance may include promotional credits, cash vouchers, or other non-withdrawable amounts. Therefore, your Current Balance may differ from the amount that is available for withdrawal.

Certain WaCash credits, including promotional or voucher balances, cannot be withdrawn and may only be used for eligible WAHDAH transactions.
