To ensure a smooth vehicle pickup, please follow the steps below:

1. Contact the Person in Charge

Please contact the assigned person in charge approximately 30 minutes before your scheduled pickup time.

If you are delayed or expect to arrive late, please inform the person in charge as soon as possible. Late arrival without prior notice may result in a longer waiting time or delay in vehicle handover.

2. Prepare Your Documents

Please have the following documents ready for verification:

• Valid driving licence
• International Driving Permit (IDP), if applicable
• Valid passport or identification document

Only the registered driver listed on the booking is permitted to collect the vehicle.

3. Prepare Your Pickup Slip

Your Pickup Slip can be accessed through your WAHDAH account under:

My Bookings → View Booking → Pickup Slip

You may save the Pickup Slip on your phone or take a screenshot and present it to the person in charge during vehicle collection.

4. Complete the Vehicle Inspection

Before accepting the vehicle, please review and complete the electronic vehicle inspection form.

Check the vehicle carefully and ensure that any existing scratches, dents, damage, or other issues are recorded before you begin your rental.

5. Collect the Key and Start Your Journey

Once the required verification and vehicle inspection have been completed, you will receive the vehicle key and may begin your journey.
