Security Deposit
When Can I Withdraw My Deposit?

Your security deposit will become eligible for withdrawal 10 days after the vehicle return date, provided there are no outstanding charges, damages, traffic violations, or unresolved claims.

For example, if you return your vehicle on January 1, the Withdrawal option will become available on January 11.

How to Withdraw Your Deposit

  1. Log in to your WAHDAH account.
  2. Navigate to Profile → WaCash/Deposit.
  3. Once the 10-day holding period has ended, the Withdrawal button will appear, and your eligible deposit amount will be displayed under Available Balance.
  4. Click Withdrawal and enter your bank account details.
  5. Review the information and click Submit to complete your withdrawal request.

Important Notes

  • Your deposit will be refunded to the original payment method, where supported.
  • Bank account details are required as a backup in case the refund to your original payment method is unsuccessful.
  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or receiving bank.
  • Any outstanding charges or unresolved claims may delay the withdrawal or affect the final refundable amount.
