Do I Need to Submit My Documents Again for Future Bookings?

Your verified documents are securely stored in our system if you are the registered driver and have successfully uploaded them during the verification process.

For future bookings:

  • You only need to update or resubmit your documents if your passport, driving licence, International Driving Permit (IDP), or other required documents have expired or changed.
  • If you add an additional driver, the required documents must be submitted and verified for that driver.
  • If your existing documents are still valid and there are no additional drivers, you generally do not need to submit them again.

Please ensure that all documents remain valid throughout your rental period. WAHDAH may request updated or additional documents when necessary to complete the verification process.

This helps ensure that all driver information remains accurate and up to date for every booking.
