During my recent family trip to Malaysia, our rented Hyundai Starex developed an unexpected problem in Malacca. What is missing this time is the Whataspp communication prior to car pickup like the first time, so we took a bit of time looking for the person-in-charge when we arrived. TL:DR: Very satisfied with the vehicle and service provided! Value for money. Staff was very accommodating. I booked at 10am, but was running a bit late and they were ok with me collecting at 10.30am. Went through with me the procedure very thoroughly, so I know what to do, the condition of the car and returning it. Car was clean and smelled nice, though I saw a little roach in the spare tire compartment. The drive was smooth and car was in good condition. Overall very satisfied with the service and car provided. Will rent again.
