Customer Review | Car Rental in Malaysia - WAHDAH

It is my first time engaging car rental with driver service. The driver, Mr Rifky, is such a friendly and knowledgeable about Jakarta that he recommended new places of interest, restaurants. He even accomodate to our itinerary despite slight changes. More importantly he is punctual and arrive 15 minutes earlier upon picking us up from our stay destination to airport. Indeed, with his great planning of time, I am able to have a quick visit of Pik2, have lunch at Kampung Kechil and to the airport with ample time for check-in. Huge compliment to Mr Rifky and definitely will engage Wahdah Car services again in future trips to Jakarta or Bandung.

The last car i rented was a Myvi W2018R , it has an air-conditioning issues - communicated it with Hassan and agreed to service the car at the nearest available car service station. Done that and found out the car aircon never been serviced in while. Half a day wasted waiting in the service Q line. i hope in the future all cars should be checked first before renting.thank you

Rajesh n his partner turned up 10 minutes earlier than appointment time n we went thru the checklist within 10 mins n he explained the features of car to me clearly as well.
