Customer Review | Car Rental in Malaysia - WAHDAH

It is my first time engaging car rental with driver service. The driver, Mr Rifky, is such a friendly and knowledgeable about Jakarta that he recommended new places of interest, restaurants. He even accomodate to our itinerary despite slight changes. More importantly he is punctual and arrive 15 minutes earlier upon picking us up from our stay destination to airport. Indeed, with his great planning of time, I am able to have a quick visit of Pik2, have lunch at Kampung Kechil and to the airport with ample time for check-in. Huge compliment to Mr Rifky and definitely will engage Wahdah Car services again in future trips to Jakarta or Bandung.

Baizura was very friendly and even though I was late in collecting the car. She walked around the car and carefully pointed out all the issues to me during the collection. Instructions given were clear. She was also very punctual for the return and it was fuss-free.
