Customer Review | Car Rental in Malaysia - WAHDAH

It is my first time engaging car rental with driver service. The driver, Mr Rifky, is such a friendly and knowledgeable about Jakarta that he recommended new places of interest, restaurants. He even accomodate to our itinerary despite slight changes. More importantly he is punctual and arrive 15 minutes earlier upon picking us up from our stay destination to airport. Indeed, with his great planning of time, I am able to have a quick visit of Pik2, have lunch at Kampung Kechil and to the airport with ample time for check-in. Huge compliment to Mr Rifky and definitely will engage Wahdah Car services again in future trips to Jakarta or Bandung.

Please don’t assign a car with crack window to customer.. and front light (right side) not functioning and forget to update the guy who took the car .. that the breaking system on the front right wheel also got prob... got sound during break moment. It is time to send the car for servicing pls. For the safely of all the users including staff thank you

Nurul was always contactable. Car given was a new Perodua Myvi with only 4200km done. Super clean inside and out with full tank provided. Not much improvement to suggest, for this is as good as it gets.

I enjoyed using the spacious little car, moving around JB. Very happy with the on-time attitudes of persons sending and collecting the car. Unfortunate for me was, immigration jam, i could not collect the car on time delayed by one hour plus, not Wahdah fault :). Car is very clean and comfortable , good drivabality. I will definitely rent again from Wahdah.
