Customer Review | Car Rental in Malaysia - WAHDAH

It is my first time engaging car rental with driver service. The driver, Mr Rifky, is such a friendly and knowledgeable about Jakarta that he recommended new places of interest, restaurants. He even accomodate to our itinerary despite slight changes. More importantly he is punctual and arrive 15 minutes earlier upon picking us up from our stay destination to airport. Indeed, with his great planning of time, I am able to have a quick visit of Pik2, have lunch at Kampung Kechil and to the airport with ample time for check-in. Huge compliment to Mr Rifky and definitely will engage Wahdah Car services again in future trips to Jakarta or Bandung.

The website should first show pickup/return fee when customer check for car rental price, since customer already chosen the pickup/return location.. I told my friend the car rental charge but I'm not aware that there is a pickup/return fee until I really book in website.. and it makes me feel not good to collect extra charge from my friend to cover the pickup/return fee..
