First time renting a vehicle in JB and drove up to KL for a 3D2N holiday! Overall the handing over and returning of car with Wahdah was a hassle free process. Instructions were clear and smooth at every stage. I really enjoyed the seamless process and communication were precise too. Rented the Toyota Rush for this trip, the car interior was clean, no funky smell (surprisingly, it even has a pleasant scent) and no complains with the interior. The car’s exterior was clean and pristine but as it is a rental car, do expect some nicks and light scratches on the exterior. Overall, I really enjoyed my time with the car as well as the communication process with Wahdah, totally recommended to all looking to rent a car in JB and yes, I will be your returning client :) Thank you!

Everything was fine - the car and the heroes were great. The car we booked had more technical advancements than the cars we had, so we contacted the heroes a few times to ask where the petrol lever and the handbrake were. We're glad they were open to explain. Suggestion: Maybe the heroes could give a tour of the car before handing it over.

Best service I ever met. This is my 2nd time booking with them and this time round we rent for almost 9 days of our trip. We came in from sg and ended up we were there at their Hq early! Really appreciate Wahdah staff to let us receive our car 3 hrs early without any extra charge. Gave us an upgrade on our car too! Overall experience with Wahdah was great!
