Customer Review | Car Rental in Malaysia - WAHDAH

It is my first time engaging car rental with driver service. The driver, Mr Rifky, is such a friendly and knowledgeable about Jakarta that he recommended new places of interest, restaurants. He even accomodate to our itinerary despite slight changes. More importantly he is punctual and arrive 15 minutes earlier upon picking us up from our stay destination to airport. Indeed, with his great planning of time, I am able to have a quick visit of Pik2, have lunch at Kampung Kechil and to the airport with ample time for check-in. Huge compliment to Mr Rifky and definitely will engage Wahdah Car services again in future trips to Jakarta or Bandung.

Booking is very easy as the website interface is easy to navigate and easy to use. Car allocation was send via email. And the drop off key at wahdah office was a good idea.. Vehicle was well maintained. Looks new. Inside is very clean. Overall satisfied. This is my 5th time rental with wahdah

I think i made a mistake as I remember I picked Rm138 for myvi and end up being pade for Rm170/day. nonetheless, its good platform.

Service is excellent. We had some problems with the brakes upon reaching KL, but only managed to report the problem the next morning. They immediately sent a staff from KL to check on the car, and sent it for repair on the spot. Though we had to wait for two hours, we were compensated another two hours on the rental period. They apologized for the shortcoming and we were happy with the quick recovery service they provided. They are extremely on time to send and pick up the vehicle, and ensures safety and comfort first.
