I like the fast and frequent communication through whatsapp, especially given that whatsapp has become a common tool for communications these days. Just a small piece of suggestions: 1. Document needed - there was a point of time where I felt frustrated submitting the documents - driving license at first then the ID or passport. The latter document was demanded after some time I have submitted the photos of the driving license. My suggestion:- to list down clearly what are needed and give examples if possible. I had to go back and forth a few times with your agents. 2. Documents submitted but when we took the car, the agents on the ground wanted to take photos of our driving license again. This puzzles me what was the point of submitting our documents way earlier? Other than the above mentioned feedback, I have to say that my team and I were satisfied with the car and the services rendered to us and kudos to the team of customer care agents/officers who followed up with our rental very closely. Thank you very much! :D
